The Norse foundation was established in 2015 by ex- international athletes, and Husband and wife team; Dan and Liz Carter. The single goal of the foundation is to provide its customers with a holistic approach to health, fitness & well being. This is achieved by combining the Personal Training and Skeletal & Muscular Therapy skills of both Dan & Liz.
Under the “Norse Foundation” umbrella are 3 distinct but interlinked businesses. These are:
Norse Freedom From Pain Clinic (Norse FFPC): With over 15 years of clinic expereince, Dan Carter (Ex international Athlete) has the skills and qualifications to effectively treat people who have muscular and skeletal pain and imbalances. Aswell as being a qualified and practising as a Sports Masseur he is also a Advanced Myoskeletal Therapist and Pilates Instructor. He runs his own private practices in the Saffron Walden area, and has worked with many of the UK’s and Worlds top Athletes and Performance Centres (PACE and The UK High Performance Endurance Centre).
Norse Personal Training (Norse PT): With over 20 year expereince in Elite Sport and the Fitness Industry, Ex Dual International Athlete Liz Carter, has the skills and know how to help any customer achieve their fitness and training goals. Liz is a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and a a Member of REP (the Register of Excerise Proffessionals).

"2 years ago i was about to give up driving, give up work and generally the will to live due to severe sciatic back pain. I hadnt exercised obvioulsy for this amount of time, but just after xmas i started training with Liz and last week went for my first run in 2 years. This week i have been discharged from my physio.
